Chair-Based Exercise is Back!

Good news for anybody looking to improve their fitness without the expense of joining a gym!

The Chatterbox Project is thrilled to announce that we will now be offering a FREE chair-based exercise course from the Hobin Centre at Whitebeck Court. Delivered by yours truly (Jen), this session is a perfect opportunity for people with mobility issues (of any age) to engage in some gentle yet effective seated exercises in a friendly, relaxed setting. There’s no need to book in advance- just turn up at 2pm every Tuesday for a session designed to help improve fitness, mental health, and coordination…with a few laughs along the way!

The course is open to anybody, so if you’re curious, pop along next Tuesday to see how just 45 minutes of activity can completely change your attitude to exercise.

I hope to see you there!

Class address:

Whitebeck Court, Moorway Drive, Blackley, Manchester, M9 7HR
