Peer Support Sessions

We all deal with stress- but we don’t always realise the impact that this stress is having on our overall health and well-being. Good mental health is crucial to our ability to perform everyday tasks, and often the most positive thing we can do to help deal with challenges is to talk openly and honestly to other people who can relate to our experiences.

The Chatterbox Project offers informal, one-to-one peer support sessions, completely free to anybody in need of a listening ear. We are not therapists. We do not judge or question- we just listen. No matter how big or small the problem, we are here for you.
